What is 'Fashion Therapy, have you ever thought about it in any form or way? Well let me fill you in. Fashion Therapy is considered to be a new approach to the world, however it is a worldwide phenomenon, that is said to have deep roots in retail therapy,wearapy and art therapy.
Basically, it is the study of the individual relationship, behavior and clothing. How our personal identity and the ability to communicate a mood or attitude are “influenced” by our way of dressing in a certain way rather than another.
Fashion therapy tends to offer something different , even though it is not coming from a trained mental health professional, it can be an effective means of helping trauma victims. It's meant to be a safe space in which one can spill their ugliest thoughts and feelings and work through them. It posses the power to transform a persons life from a holistic perspective.
Fashion therapy is all about self-care
