This The Covering Privacy Policy (this “Privacy Policy”) is intended to help you understand how The Covering, LLC (the “Company”) collects, uses, and safeguards the personal information that you (the “User(s)”) choose to voluntarily disclose to us through our website and any other digital extensions (collectively, the “Site”). For clarity, the terms “we,” “our,” “ours,” and similar terminology refer to the Company and any affiliates or other related parties to the Company as the Company may determine in its sole discretion from time to time. The terms “you,” your,” “yours,” and similar terminology refer to the User(s). At various times in this Privacy Policy, we may refer individually to you or us as a “party” or a “Party” and collectively to you and us as the “parties” or the “Parties.”
1. WHAT INFORMATION IS COLLECTED[1]
The Company may collect personally identifiable information from Users in a variety of ways. Personally Identifiable Information would be the information that you voluntarily choose to disclose to us, which will include your name, telephone number, and e-mail address.
The Company also may collect and store communications by Users received through e-mail. The Company will collect aggregated information (the “Aggregated Information”) that details how Users use the Site. The Aggregated Information includes the following: the HTTP request of the user, browser information, and first party cookies.
In addition, the User will be required to disclose financial information necessary for processing purchases from the Company. The Company does not directly collect this information and utilizes a third-party service provider in connection with payment processing. The Company disclaims any obligation or liability in connection with the third-party payment processing services provided, through such third-party processes or otherwise.

2. HOW INFORMATION IS COLLECTED
The Company collects personal information from you when you when you complete the Customer Intake Form [2] on our Site. The Company automatically collects non-personally identifiable information when you visit the Site, including browser type, operating system, and the domain name of your internet service provider. The Company will collect and store the voluntarily posted content of a User to the Site.
3. HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION COLLECTED
The Company uses the personal information collected to respond to your Customer Intake Form or to send you notices or information in direct relation with your use of The Covering services. The Company may use the Aggregated Information that we collect and otherwise create to improve our Site. We may also combine this Aggregated Information with other generally or publicly available information to help us identify the preferences or interests of Users of the Site or for other internal business purposes.

4. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The Company is committed to the protection of personal information and the privacy of children. However, the Site is intended for adults and not for children. The Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If the Company learns that it has obtained personally identifiable information about a child under 13, the Company will delete that information from its existing files. Additionally, if a parent or guardian learns that his/her child’s personal information has somehow been sent to the Company or is otherwise controlled by the Company, the Company will fulfill any requests for disclosure/return or deletion of such child’s personal information upon submission of a request to (thecoveringllc@gmail.com).
