ALLEGRA BATTLE
Allegra Battle is an award-winning reporter, audio journalist, and blogger. She is the founder of CitySTYLE, an online fashion, lifestyle, and travel series, and the Brown Mama Monologues Production Manager. Allegra began her career as the morning news anchor for WAMO 106.7 FM in Pittsburgh, PA. Over the past two decades, she has produced, managed, curated, and organized fashion-focused events and educational programs. Allegra holds a BA in Broadcast Journalism from Howard University in Washington, DC.

Dr. Boyd is the CEO and founder of Healing by Dezigns non-profit where she works with man and women who are dealing with remnants of trauma. And The Covering LLC where she adorns and transforms the lives of individuals through Holistic Transformational styling. She is also an Author.
Dr. Boyd is the visionary behind the Rebrand event as she stands behind the fact that being one's authentic healed self can only take place spiritually, emotionally and physically simultaneously for greater outcomes.
Dr. Boyd's focus for the event will be on, Reclaiming your identity through Style, while Uncovering Trauma Through Clothing.
Monae Findley is a visionary entrepreneur and founder of Plants for Skin LLC, an all-natural skincare and haircare brand as well as Project Her Podcast. Where she focusses on helping scaling women-owned businesses. She is also a seasoned marketing strategist with a background in leading campaigns for major networks like TV One and Cleo TV.
Monae is also currently pursuing a PhD at Point Park University where She serves as a college professor while serving in the military.
At The Rebrand event, Monae will share her expertise on personal branding and skincare, offering actionable insights on how to align your outer image with your inner values.
Tenel Dorsey is the owner of Dreamz Hair Salon, Cafe Ase, and the founder of the Dreamz Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to community services. The foundation offers workforce development, mentorship for students in the beauty and barber industry, and runs a quarterly program, H.E.R. Heal Evolve Restore, which focuses on empowering women to heal from within. Through her businesses and initiatives, Tenel is committed to fostering growth, wellness, and community upliftment.
Tanel's focus will be on Healing and Empowering through Your Hair.
I bring with me over 20 years of experience in education, counseling and student/family support services. In addition to serving in a principal role, I have also served as Dean of Students, Community Schools Coordinator, Scholastic Outreach Supervisor, Child Therapist and Family Counselor. In 2022 I followed my aspirations in focusing on Health and Wellness initiatives and becoming a champion in supporting others in reaching their physical and mental health goals. I am an HBCU alum of Lincoln University, PA. I also hold a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology with a School Counseling Certification from Chatham University.
Ron's focus will be on the importance of healing through styling for men.
