Cancellation Policy
Dissertation Support Services Policy This policy outlines the terms and conditions for clients utilizing Dr. Ameela Boyd’s Dissertation Support Services. By engaging in any of the services listed below, clients agree to the terms stated herein. Service Options and Rates Hourly Support Rate: $65 per hour Description: Designed for clients who require flexible, on-demand support for specific aspects of their dissertation process. Billing: Clients will be invoiced weekly or monthly, based on hours utilized. Payment is due within seven (7) days of receipt of the invoice. Monthly Support Rate: $650 per month Description: Provides consistent, ongoing support with a set number of consultation hours per month, progress reviews, and guidance tailored to the client’s goals. Billing: Payments are due monthly, on the same day each month as the initial payment. Lifetime Support Rate: $6,500 (one-time payment) Description: Comprehensive, as-needed support throughout the entire dissertation journey, including research, writing, revisions, and final submission guidance. Billing: Full payment is due before services (if there is some level of setback a payment agreement will be created to assist accordingly). commence. General Terms and Conditions Scope of Services Services include but are not limited to: research strategy guidance, dissertation writing support, editing, formatting, defense preparation, and submission assistance. Payment Policy Payments must be made via [list payment methods, e.g., credit card, PayPal, bank transfer]. Late payments may result in a pause in services until the balance is resolved. Cancellation and Refunds Hourly or Monthly Services: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee equal to one hour of service. Lifetime Services: Refunds are not provided for the Lifetime Support option. Confidentiality All client information, including research, drafts, and discussions, is strictly confidential. Client Responsibilities Clients are expected to meet agreed-upon deadlines for submitting materials or drafts. Failure to do so may affect service timelines. Termination of Services Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Refunds for pre-paid services (excluding Lifetime Support) will be prorated based on services rendered. Disclaimers While every effort is made to provide comprehensive guidance, the final responsibility for the dissertation's content and submission lies with the client
